If your new to Property Preservation, bidding a Trash Out can be daunting. Trust and believe, i have lost my shirt before under bidding jobs. You must measure the trash in cubic yards in order to come up with an accurate measurement for trash. A cubic yard is equal to 3*3*3 . You can also charge extra for heavy items.You will short change yourself the first couple of jobs but trust, you will get the hang of it in time.
